The Executive Chairman of Kaduna South Local Government, Hon. Rayyan Hussain MPSCM FICA, this morning attended the grand finale of the Annual Holy Qur'an Recitation Competition, where young reciters across various categories showcased their talents.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Rayyan Hussain expressed deep joy over the exceptional performance of the young reciters and offered prayers for divine blessings upon all participants and organizers.

 

To support the local winners advancing to the state-level competition, Hon. Rayyan Hussain announced full sponsorship for an intensive coaching program. Furthermore, he presented comprehensive health insurance coverage to all winning students and their instructors, allowing them access to healthcare services at any hospital of their choice across Kaduna State.

 

Addressing the respected Islamic scholars and clerics in attendance, the Executive Chairman urged them to continue promoting peaceful coexistence and harmony between Muslims and non-Muslims through their sermons.

"We are immensely proud of our young Qur'anic scholars," Hon. Rayyan Hussain stated. "I call on our respected scholars to keep His Excellency, Governor Mal.
