Under the SUSTAIN Agenda of Gov. Uba Sani and the leadership of Hon. Rayyan Hussein, we operate a transparent administration. Any citizen can request unclassified records regarding our projects, budgets, and policies.
Response Timeline
By law, the Local Government is mandated to grant access to the requested information within seven (7) working days of receiving a valid application, provided it does not fall under specific exemptions.
Legal Exemptions
Information affecting national security, ongoing criminal investigations, personal privacy of third parties, and legally privileged documents are exempted from disclosure under the FOI Act.
