Kaduna South Reaffirms Commitment to Youth Rehabilitation as Hon. Rayyan Hussain Joins Speaker Tajudeen Abbas and Deputy Governor for NOA Sensitisation Programme

The Executive Chairman of Kaduna South Local Government, Hon. Rayyan Hussain MPSCM FICA, joined top state and federal officials today for the Sensitisation Programme against Drug Abuse and Domestic Violence, organized by the National Orientation Agency (NOA).

The high-profile event was headlined by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas GCON, alongside the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Her Excellency Dr. Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, and other key government representatives.
Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Hon. Rayyan Hussain expressed sincere gratitude to Rt. Hon. Tajudeen Abbas for championing a cause that directly targets two of the most critical social issues affecting subnational communities today.
Highlighting local efforts, Hon. Rayyan Hussain noted that Kaduna South Local Government is taking a proactive, multi-pronged approach to addressing substance abuse and social vices at the grassroots level.
"In Kaduna South, we are actively combating drug abuse and domestic violence through targeted counseling, the rehabilitation of at-risk young people, and the creation of tangible job opportunities to ensure their successful reintegration into society," Hon. Rayyan Hussain stated. "We remain fully committed to complementing federal and state interventions with practical local solutions that restore hope and purpose to our youth."
