The Executive Chairman of Kaduna South Local Government, Hon. Rayyan Hussain MPSCM FICA, hosted executive representatives of the United Helping Hands for Better Tomorrow Foundation for a strategic dialogue focused on community development and social investment interventions.

During the engagement, the delegation and local government officials discussed expanding grassroots social investment programs designed to uplift vulnerable families and improve social welfare standards across all wards in Kaduna South.

As part of the visit, the leadership of the foundation presented Hon. Rayyan Hussain with a Community Excellence Award in recognition of his transformative, inclusive leadership style and measurable community impact since assuming office.

Expressing his gratitude for the honor, Hon. Rayyan Hussain reaffirmed the council's readiness to collaborate with non-governmental organizations and community-based groups whose objectives align with the state's development priorities under His Excellency, Governor Senator Uba Sani CON.
