The Executive Chairman of Kaduna South Local Government, Hon. Rayyan Hussain MPSCM FICA, has received dual honors from the Kinkinau Welfare Development Association and the healthcare workforce of Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC) Kinkinau in recognition of the facility's complete transformation into a regional center of excellence.
Presented by non-partisan community elders, the award highlights the successful overhaul of PHC Kinkinau, which is now ranked among the top three primary healthcare centers across Kaduna State. The facility boasts advanced medical equipment surpassing many private healthcare institutions within the local government area.
In addition to the community recognition, staff and volunteers at the facility surprised the Chairman with a second award, celebrating the seamless service delivery and high professional standards established at the center. The occasion also featured an award and letter of commendation presented to the Ward Development Committee (WDC) Chairman, Dr. Muhammad Umar Maidugu, for his exceptional leadership in driving the health center's upgrade.

Accepting the honors, Hon. Rayyan Hussain reaffirmed his commitment to institutionalizing high standards across public facilities and dedicated the awards to the Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency Senator Uba Sani CON.
"When community elders with no political affiliation come forward to take ownership of public infrastructure, it proves we are building a legacy of genuine service," Hon. Rayyan Hussain stated. "PHC Kinkinau stands today as a testament to what target-driven leadership can accomplish. I dedicate these awards to His Excellency Governor Uba Sani CON, whose backing enables our vision. Under this administration, access to standard healthcare and quality education in Kaduna South remains non-negotiable."
